  • Will execute its activities in an organised, planned and controlled manner,
  • Will be competitive by using its resources effectively and efficiently and by closely following the developments in the industry,
  • Will build environmental awareness in its activities,
  • Will sustain the implementation of the quality policy by regularly training its staff and its suppliers,
  • Will continuously improve, update and implement the quality management system in all its construction, renovation and decoration activities.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

OHSAS 18001:2007 Health and Safety Management System is used as a development tool; thus Ultra Construction and Tourism Trade Plc,

  • Will comply with the health and safety rules and regulations, the relevant laws in force and the customer requirements,
  • Will carry-out all its activities in safe and healthy work environments,
  • Will ensure that the whole staff and all the suppliers will use personal safety equipment and will obey all the health and safety rules and regulations,
  • Will regularly train its suppliers and its staff to increase the awareness on health and safety,
  • Will carry–out announced and unannounced inspections,
  • Will aim for zero work place accidents,
  • Will continuously improve, update and implement the health and safety system in all its construction, renovation and decoration activities.

The whole staff and all the suppliers are responsible in the implementation of OHSAS 18001:2007 Health and Safety System.

In order to constitute and ensure the permanence of the human power to carry our company to the future:

  • It is aimed to improve the competencies of employees by implementing training programs along with performance evaluation and employee satisfaction systems.
  • It is aimed that the employees see themselves as members of the Ultra family with an employee-oriented and participatory management approach.
  • Job descriptions are created according to the structural requirements and the recruitment system is applied accordingly.
