QUALITY MANAGEMENT

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standards have been adapted in establishing the quality management system of Ultra Construction and Tourism Trade Plc.

 The following works have been and will be carried out, in order to improve, to excel and to implement the quality management system:

  • The employees have been well informed of the importance of fulfilling the legal, regulatory and customer requirements.
  • The quality policies have been formed by the participation of all the employees and placed in the “quality hand-book”.
  • The quality targets have been established by the participation of all the employees and placed in the “quality hand-book”.
  • “Management revision meetings” are held at least twice a year.
  • Relevant financial source, substructures and training have been provided in order to operate and implement the Quality Management System.
